Ensemble programming is an approach where an entire team – developers, testers, designers, and others – work together at a single screen. With one person typing and the others contributing ideas and guidance, this collaborative method allows for diverse skills and perspectives to be continuously integrated into the process. It promotes knowledge sharing and collective ownership of the solution, making it a powerful tool for teams working on complex tasks.

During this session, Johanna Thorheim and Therese Alenlöv, Experienced Software QA Engineers, will share their experiences of using Ensemble Programming at Axis Communications in Linköping. They will discuss the challenges they've encountered, the success factors that make it work, and the impact it has had on their teamwork and code quality.
